Payment of the registration to the conference includes VAT and:
- Access to conference sessions and poster sessions
- Book of abstracts
- Coffee breaks and lunches for three days (June 6-8)
- Downtown visit (Tuesday, June 6th afternoon)
- Conference banquet (Wednesday, June 7th evening)
Optional:
- Reservation of an exhibition booth for three days (June 6-8)
- Conference banquet for accompanying persons (Wednesday, June 7th evening)
- Visits for participants and accompanying persons (Friday, June 9th morning)
A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations and no refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after May 26th, 2023.
Any cancellation should be notified to us in writing at the earliest opportunity.
